PRICES
All prices are F.O.B Rivendell Nursery. Prices are subject to change without notice.

TERMS
Cash, unless credit is established. Credit accounts are payable net 30 days. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue accounts. Failure to pay service charge will result in loss of credit.

CLAIMS
We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to name. We give no guarantee expressed or implied as to the life and productiveness of any nursery stock since we have no control after it leaves our nursery. All claims must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of material. We shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay which occurs in transit. We will not be responsible for the condition of material not picked up within 7 days of notification that the order is ready.

DELIVERY
Delivery service can be arranged through and independent agency for trailer-load quantities.

NEW JERSEY SALES TAX
We are required to collect 7% tax on all sales picked up or delivered to a point in NJ, unless a properly executed sales tax exempt certificate is provided.
